$80,000- $100,000 DOE

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Overview

A growing, design-focused company is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Graphic Designer to join its in-house marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys bringing brands to life through high-quality visual content across print, digital, social media, packaging, and 3D renderings.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, experience creating marketing assets across multiple channels, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials that support brand awareness and sales initiatives
• Create digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising
• Develop layouts for trade shows, signage, banners, promotional materials, and printed collateral
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative concepts from idea through production
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure production quality
• Update product literature, catalogs, and packaging as new products are introduced
• Create and edit visual content for social media platforms
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations
• Stay current on design trends, AI creative tools, and emerging marketing technologies
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, and related design software
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway ML, Claude, Gemini, or similar
• Proficiency with SketchUp and V-Ray for 3D modeling and photorealistic renderings
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Background

• Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience working with cabinetry, furniture, building products, or interior finishes is a plus
• Familiarity with floor plans, renderings, material finishes, and spatial design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design work, branding, and photorealistic 3D renderings
