Job Title: Inventory &Cycle Count Verifier
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Location: 100% On-Site
Salary: $50,000 annually + excellent benefits

Position Overview

This role supports the Finance team by verifying inventory cycle counts, assisting with reporting, and working closely with the Corporate Controller to ensure accurate inventory and financial data. This is a hands-on position that partners with warehouse staff and finance to support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting needs.

Responsibilities / Duties

• Verify cycle counts completed by warehouse cycle count employees
• Confirm counts performed by two independent counters
• Assist the Corporate Controller with daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Run standard reports from the company's ERP system and save documentation for financial close
• Assist with counting garments in the New Jersey warehouse and national retail store locations as needed
• Send daily raw material cycle count data to Wacoal Dominicana
• Collaborate with Finance to support inventory accuracy and reporting
• Perform additional tasks as needed to help the Finance team achieve its goals

Education / Experience Desired

• High School Diploma required; additional education is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience
• Accounting or inventory experience is a plus

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes through completion
• Reliable, organized, and accountable
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
