Server
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit. Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Process payments using cash registers or POS systems Assist in bussing tables and sanitizing dining areas Adhere to food handling and safety regulations Skills: Experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred Strong math skills for processing payments and order accuracy Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe handling practices Ability to operate a cash register efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with kitchen operations and food service procedures
