Compensation & Benefits Overview:

• Tiered Collections-Based Compensation Model : Scales with productivity and monthly collections, maximizing income potential with no cap.

• First-Year Income Guarantee : $33,333/month or tiered collections—whichever is greater—during the first year, ensuring a confident financial start while referrals and credentialing are established.
