Registered Nurse (RN)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and monitor vital signs
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient daily operations and quality care delivery
- Manage administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, nursing assignments, and care plans
- Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure smooth transitions
- Provide leadership, guidance, mentorship, and support to the nursing team
- Collaborate with physicians and facility leadership to optimize resident outcomes
- Communicate policy, procedure, and regulatory updates clearly and promptly
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Accurately document patient care activities and clinical interventions
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service abilities
