We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Marlton, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. The role will involve supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth communication within the team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update company records.
• Coordinate daily office activities, ensuring efficiency and organization.
• Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Provide receptionist support by greeting visitors and assisting with inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects.
• Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Generate reports and summaries to support decision-making processes.
• Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on office support.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with data entry procedures and office systems.
• Comfortable answering inbound calls and providing receptionist duties.
