Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) presents an exceptional opportunity for a skilled and compassionate BC/BE Neonatologist to join our esteemed Faculty Practice at K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital at Jersey Shore University Medical Center , a state-designated Regional Perinatal Center.

Key Responsibilities:
? Clinical Excellence: Deliver comprehensive medical evaluation and treatment for the most critically ill and premature infants. Attend high-risk deliveries and perform antenatal consultations.
? Educational Leadership: Actively train and mentor medical students and residents, contributing directly to our academic programs.
? Team Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, and engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
? Family-Centered Care: Maintain clear, compassionate communication and provide essential education and support to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
? Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
? Hold or be eligible for an active medical license in the State of New Jersey
? Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification

HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The minimum base salary for this position is $233,416. ? Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits.
