Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Tech at The Orchards Assisted Living, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's maintenance and repairs, allowing us to focus on what matters most - providing compassionate and high-quality care to our patients.
About the Role:
As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the overall functionality and safety of our facilities. This includes tasks such as:
Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and facilities
Responding to maintenance requests and addressing issues in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborating with other department members to ensure seamless operations
Participating in on-call rotation to address emergency maintenance situations
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the overall functionality and safety of facilities
Identify and report potential safety hazards and suggest solutions
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Participate in on-call rotation to address emergency maintenance situations
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
