Job Title: Senior Repair & Maintenance Mechanic – 2nd Shift
Location: Piscataway, NJ
Pay Range: $30.00–$40.00/hour + potential performance-based incentives
Employment Type: Direct hire

Are you a skilled maintenance mechanic looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking an experienced Senior Repair & Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on 2nd shift . In this role, you’ll be essential in ensuring our production equipment runs safely and efficiently to meet manufacturing goals.

• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on a variety of production equipment and systems.

• Troubleshoot complex issues including PLCs, packaging equipment, and coating lines.

• Conduct preventative maintenance and adhere to a scheduled maintenance program.

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.

• Oversee tool inventories, equipment manuals, and maintenance documentation.

• Train and guide maintenance staff to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

• Ensure safety procedures and protocols are consistently followed.

• Collaborate with management and production teams to support operational goals.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience:

  • 5+ years troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment

  • 3+ years working with packaging equipment and coating lines

  • 3+ years in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment
