We are looking for a dependable and experienced Towing Dispatcher to join our team. Only candidates with prior experience in the towing industry (dispatching or towing) will be considered.
Compensation:$20 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:- Dispatch drivers to service calls using software, GPS, and telephone
- Prioritize and manage high call volumes efficiently
- Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and law enforcement
- Track job progress and update records in real time
- Support drivers with routing, issues, or changes
- Towing industry experience REQUIRED (Dispatch or Tow Operator background)
- Knowledge of tow trucks, services, and basic dispatch procedures
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with dispatch software (e.g., Tops) is a plus
- Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and Holidays as needed
- Able to arrange and file paperwork as required
