Sales & Marketing Manager – Natural Products CPG (Health & Beauty)

We are a fast-growing natural products CPG company seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead growth across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and B2B businesses. This role drives e-commerce, retail, and distributor sales while managing marketing initiatives that expand brand visibility and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute go-to-market strategies, reporting to the EVP of Sales & Marketing and CEO

• Drive revenue across DTC, e-commerce (Amazon, Walmart, Target.com, Shopify), and retail/distributor channels

• Manage broker, vendor, and retail account relationships (domestic & international)

• Oversee e-commerce performance, inventory alignment, and fulfillment operations

• Lead sales reporting, forecasting, and workflow improvements

• Partner on product launches, packaging, certifications, and compliance requirements

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SMS)

• Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and influencers to amplify sales impact

• Enhance customer experience through DTC order support, retention, and brand education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• 2+ years of experience in CPG sales, e-commerce, or related fields

• Experience with Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, and Shopify strongly preferred

• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Klaviyo; design skills a plus

• Knowledge of natural products, labeling, and compliance a plus

• Thrives in a fast-paced, small-company environment with a hands-on mentality
