ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?

As an Entry-Level HVAC Technician, you work with your team to effectively inspect, troubleshoot, and service heating and cooling systems. You're responsible for inspecting equipment, diagnosing problems, and performing routine maintenance. Attentively, you work on furnaces, boilers, mini splits, heat pumps, and air conditioning units. You update the client about your observations, explaining the recommended repair and maintenance solutions and gaining approval for the work. Eager to grow your trade skills, you also participate in weekly training sessions.

Here's what we need from you:

• EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician OR recent graduation from a vocational school
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting strategies
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, work in various environmental conditions, and lift up to 50 lbs.

While not required, our ideal Entry-Level HVAC Technician is proficient in ServiceTitan, has some skilled trade experience, can use advanced diagnostic tools, and can read and interpret wiring diagrams.
