Job Summary:
As a Manager, Digital Strategy, you will be an integral part of our team by leading strategy and campaign management for a top-tier group of clients exceeding $5m in annual revenue.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Digital Marketers & Analysts across the Marketing Services organization to deliver client work and always-on campaigns.
Analyze campaign metrics and provide tailored insights and recommendations to fine-tune campaign strategies and improve performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and account leaders across Omnichannel Services to ensure timely, thorough implementation of client digital strategies, while continuously refining approaches to deliver always-on, data-driven campaigns to maximize customer ROI.
Partner with reporting & data specialists to design and maintain dynamic monthly reports for client review.
Deliver regular client communications, including presenting monthly reports, weekly check-in meetings with performance updates, insights and strategic discussions.
Participate in ad hoc presentations regarding campaign strategy, optimizations and high-level recommendations to ensure alignment with client goals.
Establish and refine best practices and frameworks for Digital Marketing and Advertising that leverage WebMD Ignite’s data and science to deliver immersive experiences that drive a behavioral change and can be assessed against ROI and KPI goals including patient acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
4+ years of business experience with a strong track record of success in Digital Marketing, Analytics, Marketing Operations and/or Conversion Marketing.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Experience with advanced analytics reporting and managing large data sets.
Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics with the ability to quickly learn new data driven platforms.
Possesses technical knowledge of strategy, planning, and purchasing within the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, ad networks, and trading platforms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Base Salary: $80,000 - $87,000. Role is also annual bonus eligible
