What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to contact: answer calls, route inquiries, and keep communication flowing.
- Support customers and teammates—share info, process orders, and resolve issues.
- Stay organized: manage calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain records.
- Handle core office tasks: filing, mailing, and document prep.
- Keep systems running: operate office equipment, update databases, and manage inventory.
- Ensure accuracy with data entry, proofreading, and document review.
- Jump in where needed—deliver messages, run errands, and keep operations smooth.
What can set you apart
- H.S. diploma and/or 1 year of experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with WMS system
