Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Atlantic City, NJ
About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Mastermind Behavior Services, you will play a vital role in helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) achieve their full potential. Our team of experts is dedicated to providing personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help our clients express their needs, function independently, and cope in their environment. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RBT to join our team in Atlantic City, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one with clients in a home or clinic setting to deliver ABA therapy services
Implement behavioral plans and strategies to address individual client needs
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Collaborate with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and refine treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely records of client services and progress
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
Requirements:
Must be registered as a Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
Part-time position , with flexible scheduling available
