The Commercial Lead serves as the primary owner of commercial performance within the local market, acting as the central liaison between customers, internal teams, and the broader organization. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through new sales, strengthening existing customer relationships, ensuring successful customer onboarding, and maintaining financial accountability for assigned accounts. The Commercial Lead plays a critical role in representing the company in the local market, gathering market intelligence, market integration through local trade associations and networking, and translating customer needs into scalable, profitable solutions.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $95,000.00 In addition to competitive pay, Port Jersey Logistics Network offers a robust benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k)-retirement plan, and paid time off.
