We are an outsourced sales and consulting firm with an incredibly reliable team who are the backbone of our business. We're hiring for an Entry Level Sales & Customer Service Assistant for our operations headquarters in South Jersey. Throughout the years, our clientele has grown tremendously and we are creating opportunities for our Sales & Customer Service Assistant team members to evolve from an entry-level role on.
To perform the Entry Level Sales & Customer Service Assistant role successfully, this person must have effective listening skills and be able to use positive body language. Our Sales & Customer Service Assistants do a remarkable job at establishing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and bringing enthusiasm to any conversation. When we talk to our customers, our main priority is creating a unique and personalized experience while promoting renewable energy products and services to fit their needs. As a Entry Level Sales & Customer Service Assistant, you'll:
- Approach and build relationships with potential clients
- Help customers with any clean energy services they may require, quote accurate price points, and be able to close sales leads effectively.
- Listen, understand, and take quick action. Like all of us, customers just want someone to listen and help solve their problems. You'll do both!
- Stick to your schedule, show up for work on time, and engage with our company's culture and activities. The more you invest in your career, the more it gives back to you.
- Endure personal evaluations with the top managers and Sales Representatives throughout the week. We believe in teaching you new and effective ways to fit your comfortability in selling our client's products to earn high commissions
