Accountant
Accounting/Finance professional to support a 4-5 month international ERP conversion from a local system to SAP. This role focuses on reconciling financial data across systems, aligning international reporting with U.S. GAAP, and helping stabilize month-end close processes during transition.
Responsibilities:
- Support ERP conversion activities, including reconciling data between legacy systems and SAP
- Align international financials with U.S. GAAP reporting requirements
- Assist with month-end close standardization for an international entity
- Partner with local and U.S.-based accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting
- Support data validation, reconciliations, and process documentation
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Familiarity with international accounting standards
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with reconciliations and close processes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or a similar field
- Previous experience leading ERP integrations and migrations
- Bilingual (Spanish / English)
- ?Experience with Mexican NIF
