The Bookkeeper is responsible for all financial recordkeeping, vendor payments, client cost tracking, operating account management, trust account monitoring, settlement accounting support, and financial reporting for the firm.

This position requires meticulous attention to detail. Every dollar expended on behalf of a client must be accurately recorded, allocated to the proper case, entered into both Clio and QuickBooks, and ultimately recovered at settlement whenever appropriate.

Accuracy and timeliness are therefore essential functions of this position.

Must have prior experience as a book keeper and prior law firm experience is preferred.
