Our enterprise client has an immediate opening for a Computer Operations/NOC Analyst to provide IT support and data center operations.

Night Shift/Weekend Shifts

Includes paid time off, paid holidays and sick time.

Strong Windows Support Experience Required

responsibilities:

Required Skills - Excel Proficient, Excellent verbal communication skills

Proficient PC knowledge

Job Duties - Monitoring and taking action on multiple environments with an automated job scheduling system.

Monitoring on both virtual and physical servers in production and test environments.

Perform media backups, restores, server reboots and health checks according to client procedures.

Able to learn and utilize a wide spectrum of software (SCOM, ServiceNow)

Acts as Help Desk during non-business hours.

Work with Active Directory and MS Office Suites

Perform project tasks under the direction of management

Help team develop improvement process and metric reports

The position involves monitoring and managing multiple environments using an automated job scheduling system, as well as overseeing both virtual and physical servers in production and test environments. Responsibilities include performing media backups, restores, server reboots, and health checks according to procedures.

Job Requirements - PC and OS knowledge. Must be able to work holidays and OT when needed

Wed Night/Thurs Morning 230am to 830 am

Thurs 8pm to 8am

Friday 8pm to 8am

Saturday 8pm to 8am
