Roles and Responsibilities
● Maintain an organized host stand, and ensure all food and drink menus are clean
● Greet all customers immediately
● Be the face of the bar and restaurant as hosts are the first and last team member customers will see
● Control the flow of the floor with all walk-ins and reservations
● Answer all phone calls including taking reservations over the phone and in-person
● Use reservation systems to seat guests while spreading guests evenly throughout sections
● Report directly to management and General Manager
