Job Overview:
The Administrative Director for Women's Health Services is the key executive leader across the outpatient women's health program, including Obstetrics, Gynecology, GYN Oncology, and Women's Imaging,
The Administrative Director will develop and maintain strong professional relationships with our community and employed medical staff and partner with our hospital leadership to grow the volume and improve the quality of the service line.
This position performs the job functions in accordance with the mission, vision, values and policies of Community Medical Center and the RWJ Barnabas Healthcare System,
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, business, or management is required; advanced degree is preferred,
- At least 3-5 years of knowledge/experience in principles of management, accounting, problem solving,
- At least 3-5 years of progressive operational experience in key ancillary and/or support service areas
Essential Functions:
- Plans, organizes and directs operational, administrative and financial functions of the Women s Health Service Line including inpatient and outpatient services antenatal testing, gynecologic oncology, gynecologic surgery, labor & delivery, maternal fetal medicine, OBGYN, reproductive medicine, and urogynecologist
- Oversight of quality and regulatory compliance in collaboration with clinical leadership and quality management including TJC, CMS, NJ Department of Health, NJ Department of Environmental Protection, Leapfrog, etc while participating in the physician contracting process as needed by providing necessary data and preparing documents required for approval
- Tracking and Timeline optimization
- Manages the tracking and timeline optimization for strategic projects and initiatives, facilities projects, development of new services, support for IT implementations, and support and oversight of the Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency, Fellowship and Medical Student Programs
