Looking for short daytime caregiving shifts that fit around your schedule?
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caregivers in Worcester for short day cases . These positions are ideal for caregivers seeking part-time or supplemental income , including parents, students, and caregivers working with another agency.
We are upfront about scheduling and work to match caregivers with nearby short shifts as cases become available.
💸 Compensation & Benefits
$18–$21/hour + mileage reimbursement
$250 sign-on and referral bonus
Short daytime shifts (morning or afternoon)
Flexible availability — choose when you’re available
Paid training (HHA / PCA certification available)
PTO, 401(k), and health insurance available for 30+ hrs/week

🏠 Job Responsibilities
Assist clients with meals, errands, and light personal care
Provide companionship and safety supervision
Light housekeeping and household support
Observe and report changes in client condition
💚 Qualifications
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Reliable transportation required
Experience preferred but not required — we will train!
Ability to work short daytime shifts in Worcester
