Remote Medical Records Specialist

Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain medical records in compliance with regulations
- Input patient data accurately into electronic health record systems
- Assist with the retrieval of medical records for healthcare providers
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information
- Respond to requests for medical records in a timely manner
- Update and manage databases related to patient information
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve record-keeping processes

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of medical terminology is a plus
