We are looking for an experienced and driven VP of Sales to join our team in Newark, New Jersey. This role requires someone who is experienced in Healthcare Staffing, ideally with a current book of business to further develop. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to driving business growth through strong partnerships and innovative strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, exceptional multitasking abilities, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand existing business while identifying and securing new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure transparent communication and collaboration.
• Drive revenue growth by leveraging your network and bringing in new business opportunities.
• Work closely with account management and contract teams to align business objectives and streamline operations.
• Monitor market trends and develop strategies to sustain and accelerate growth in competitive markets.
• Demonstrate accountability by delivering results in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a logical and organized approach.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and ensure seamless transitions in strategies and operations.
• Conduct virtual client meetings and occasional travel as needed to strengthen partnerships.
• Lead efforts to foster a culture of urgency and dedication within the team, ensuring timely and accurate execution of sales initiatives.
• Extensive experience in sales leadership, with a proven ability to drive business growth.• Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to leverage these relationships to generate new opportunities.
• Expertise in bookkeeping, including proficiency in QuickBooks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• High level of accountability and autonomy, with a track record of meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to develop strategies for sustained success.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on transparency and collaboration.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, with flexibility to adapt to business needs.
