Coworking Manager
I wanted to reach out to share an exciting Coworking Manager opportunity with a well-established, award-winning real estate company based in Newark, NJ .
This is a full-time, onsite leadership position offering the chance to take full ownership of a brand-new coworking space located within one of their residential buildings. The company is seeking a dynamic, results-driven operator with hands-on coworking experience who can confidently lead the project from the ground up.

About the Role
As the Coworking Manager, you’ll oversee both daily operations and strategic growth of the coworking space, ensuring a seamless member experience while driving efficiency, profitability, and community engagement .
This is a leadership role with direct impact — ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys blending hospitality, operations, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Engagement & Retention
Serve as the primary point of contact and leader for members, ensuring an exceptional experience.
Drive retention and growth through proactive engagement and data-driven strategies.
Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and collect feedback to enhance satisfaction.
Plan and host professional, social, and wellness events that build community ties.
Develop partnerships with local organizations to enhance visibility and member value.
Support occupancy goals by managing tours, outreach, and lead follow-ups.
Represent the brand professionally and ensure alignment with company culture and values.
Building Operations & Management
Oversee facility operations and ensure top-quality maintenance and presentation.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate maintenance and improvements.
Handle budgets, expenses, and financial reporting to meet performance goals.
Partner with property management and facilities teams to resolve escalations.
Implement systems and procedures to improve efficiency, safety, and compliance.
Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in coworking management.
Proven leadership in operations, client relations, and team development.
Strong business acumen and ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Event planning or community engagement experience preferred.
Familiarity with coworking software systems and marketing tools.
Spanish language proficiency a plus.
