Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Web Developer with a solid foundation in Python and modern front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and maintaining web applications, collaborate with our development team, and grow their skills in a supportive environment. This role offers hands-on experience with full-stack development and the opportunity to work on diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Coding

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python for backend development
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React or Node.js, NGINX, etc
• Experience using LLM's
• Build RAG Pipelines and Workflows
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and implement feedback from senior developers

Collaboration & Learning

• Work closely with senior developers and team members on project requirements
• Contribute to technical discussions and brainstorming sessions
• Learn and adapt to new technologies and development practices

Testing & Debugging

• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack
• Write and maintain unit tests for code quality assurance
• Support quality assurance testing efforts

Documentation & Support

• Assist in maintaining technical documentation and user guides
• Provide support for deployed applications as needed
• Help with routine maintenance and updates

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related fields

Technical Skills

Required:

• Python: Solid understanding of Python programming, including:
• Core Python concepts (data structures, OOP, functions)
• Experience with web frameworks (Flask, Django, or FastAPI)
• Understanding of RESTful API development
• Front-End Development: Proficiency in one or more of the following:
• React: Component-based architecture, hooks, state management
• Node.js: Server-side JavaScript, npm/yarn package management
• HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Responsive design principles
• Experience using LLM's
• Build RAG Pipelines and Workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Database Management: Experience with:
• SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite)
• Basic database design and normalization concepts
• Additional Skills:
• Understanding of web security best practices

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
