Unit details:

Number of Beds - 36

Patient Ratios - 1:6 day shift and night shift
Floating policy - First to float (ortho or telemetry unit – telemetry dependent on competencies)

Nursing turnover 12%; Employee engagement May 2019 84%

Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale certification Skill set: Time management, IV start skills, patient experience skills
