Sales/Customer Service Representative – Lawn Doctor
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Lawn Doctor is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with new leads—via phone, internet, and text—as well as existing customers to help them enhance and maintain their lawns. We believe that when our employees grow professionally, our business grows with them.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate:

• Has a strong work ethic and high reliability

• Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Has reliable transportation and a solid attendance record

• Communicates clearly and professionally

• Enjoys helping customers and building relationships

• (Preferred but not required) Has sales or lawn care experience

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads from phone calls, online inquiries, and text messages

• Convert new leads into Lawn Doctor customers

• Present and sell additional services to existing customers

• Provide excellent customer service with a strong focus on satisfaction

• Perform proactive follow-ups to retain customers

• Learn and understand all Lawn Doctor services to confidently answer customer questions

Compensation & Schedule

• Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Hourly Pay: $20 per hour

• Commission: 5% on all sales, paid out as services are performed throughout the service year
