1-At least 6 years of trademark prosecution experience including U.S. and international prosecution and portfolio maintenance
2-Experience conducting trademark searches and rendering clearance opinions
3-Experience with TTAB proceedings including oppositions and cancellations
4-Experience with trademark due diligence
5-Trademark litigation experience is a plus
6-Experience with domain name Uniform Dispute Resolution Proceedings a plus
7-Copyright procurement experience a plus Self sustaining book of business or willingness to grow book of business is required. Ideal candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills. State Bar admission required. Position is ideally based in Voorhees, NJ. but remote work option is available. Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit resume with cover letter in confidence for immediate consideration.
