Home Remodeling- Lead

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Lead Home Remodeler to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks related to residential and commercial renovation projects. Projects may range from kitchen and bathroom remodels to full home renovations, with a focus on delivering excellent results and customer satisfaction. This role involves hands-on work in multiple trades including demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and carpentry. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of construction practices, attention to detail, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial remodeling tasks including (but not limited to) framing, drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, tile work, and carpentry
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Site prep, demolition, cleanup, and general laborer work
• Operate hand and power tools
• Follow safety guidelines, including the use of necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and keep the job site clean and organized
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and project timelines
• Lead, supervise, and mentor internal team members and subcontractors on-site

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential remodeling or construction with leadership responsibilities
• Proficiency in multiple trades such as carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical work is preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+lbs. and work in various environments and weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Own basic tools (preferred but not required)
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship
