We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing operations, developing team members, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving overall restaurant performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a team-oriented culture, values operational excellence, and is passionate about hospitality.

Position Overview

The Restaurant Manager plays a key leadership role in daily restaurant operations. This position focuses on team development, operational execution, guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards for quality, cleanliness, and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and a positive guest experience
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional hospitality
• Support hiring, training, and development of hourly team members
• Monitor labor and scheduling to ensure proper staffing levels
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Support inventory management and cost control initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
• Partner with leadership to drive sales and improve operational performance
• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Strong commitment to guest service and operational excellence
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
