Gardening Foreman
Based in Whitehouse Station / Summit / Short Hills Area We’re looking for a Gardening Foreman who takes pride in the care and detail that beautiful gardens deserve. This role leads a small team maintaining high-end residential properties—focused on pruning, weeding, plant health, and seasonal upkeep. If you’re hands-on, organized, and know how to bring out the best in a landscape, we’d love to meet you. Responsibilities:
• Lead daily work on premium residential gardens.
• Oversee pruning, weeding, deadheading, and detailed bed care.
• Train and guide a small crew to meet high standards.
• Communicate with managers and clients when needed. Requirements:
• 2–5 years of hands-on gardening or horticulture experience.
• Experience leading small crews (1–3 people).
• Strong knowledge of plant care and pruning.
• Valid driver’s license.
