CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team and contribute to the fabrication and machining of low-volume specialty parts for engineered products. The ideal candidate will work independently and collaboratively with engineers and designers to ensure precision and quality.

• Operate CNC milling machines, manual mills (Bridgeport), and manual engine lathes.
• Machine, fabricate, and assist with sub-assembly of low-volume specialty parts.
• Work independently from engineering drawings, blueprints, and sketches to hold close tolerances.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers on fixture setup, tooling choices, manufacturability, and prototype iterations.
• Use precision measurement tools to verify quality and maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Work with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and various plastics.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Participate in integrating new machining equipment as capabilities expand.

• 3–5 years of machining or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with manual lathes, drill presses, and manual milling machines.
• Experience working with Quality Control, precision measurement tools, and inspection methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and tolerancing requirements.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with MS Excel / MS Word.

• CNC experience is helpful but not required — training provided.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in small engineering teams.

This is a Permanent position based out of Middlesex, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
