Our fast-paced law firm is seeking a reliable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone looking to balance work with family life - who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment.

Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
• Assisting the Firm’s Partner with managing his daily schedule
• Setting up, confirming, and managing appointments
• Opening and organizing new client files
• Following up with existing and potential clients
• Preparing and sending out retainer agreements
• General administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior administrative or legal office experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
• Friendly and dependable attitude
