Summary

We are seeking an experienced Demo Supervisor/Project Manager to oversee multiple demolition projects and crews. The ideal candidate combines hands-on demolition expertise with strong leadership and project management skills, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule while managing logistics, equipment, and team performance across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple demolition projects simultaneously, ensuring each is completed on time, within scope, and according to client expectations
• Supervise multiple crews, assign daily tasks, track productivity, and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Train and mentor team members to maintain high performance and consistency
• Maintain schedule for customers
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding project progress
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies, conduct site inspections, and document incidents
• Maintain and track demolition equipment, tools, and materials
• Inspect work to ensure quality and address issues proactively
• Maintain detailed records of crew performance, project progress, safety incidents, and resource usage
• Weekly meetings with upper management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on demolition experience with prior supervisory or project management experience
• Microsoft office 365, and other software/computer knowledge
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, equipment, and safety regulations
• Experience coordinating logistics, scheduling, and resources across multiple sites
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read plans, assess job sites, and make on-the-spot decisions
• Valid drivers license; CDL preferred but not required
• Familiarity with hazardous material handling (asbestos, lead) is a plus
