Key Responsibilities:

AP & AR Transactions – Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices and payments

• Bank Reconciliations – Perform monthly reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  
• Fixed Asset Management – Track acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules
  
• Journal Entries & General Ledger Support – Maintain financial integrity with accurate postings
  
• Month-End Closing – Assist with reconciliations and financial statement preparation
  
• Credit Card Expenditures – Analyze, record, and allocate expenses correctly
  
• Audit Support – Prepare financial documentation for external auditors
  
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration – Gather and analyze data to support decision-making
  
• Vendor & Customer Inquiries – Assist with financial transaction resolutions
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  
• Experience in accounting (Consumer Products industry experience preferred)
  
• Proficiency in accounting software & Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
