Jr/Mid-Level Program Manager
Kforce has a client in need of a Jr/Mid-Level Program Manager in Jersey City, NJ. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
- Collaborate with product and project teams to drive execution and alignment across stakeholders
- Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities throughout the full lifecycle
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly and consistently to leadership and team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within program and project management processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Ability to learn new tools, technologies, and processes quickly
- Experience managing or supporting multiple projects at once
