The Role

Legally Hired Professionals, Inc. (LHP) is a boutique staffing firm that connects legal talent with law firms and corporate legal departments. We are currently recruiting a full-time Paralegal for a respected plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm based in Clifton, New Jersey . This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional who thrives in litigation and is looking to join a supportive, client-focused team.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Clifton, New Jersey
• Schedule: Full-time, In-house

• Software: Experience with PC Law and Needles is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research to support litigation and case strategy
• Draft, edit, and review pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
• Investigate facts and compile supporting evidence for personal injury cases
• Manage and organize client files and case information
• Monitor case deadlines and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Provide litigation support and assist attorneys in trial preparation

Ideal Profile

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury litigation
• Strong knowledge of New Jersey litigation procedures
• Proficient in legal research and drafting
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Experience with PC Law and Needles software is a plus
