**Key Responsibilities** - Analyze sales and activity reports to gauge productivity, identify areas needing inventory fulfillment, and ensure achievement of goals.- Direct and manage operations involved in product production, assembly, and distribution, including purchasing, shipping & receiving, and production orders.
- Oversee the fulfillment of global orders and synchronization of customer inventory needs with production requirements.
- Maintain and manage databases, including setup of new part numbers and locations.
- Lead inventory control efforts, scheduling inventory verifications, and resolving discrepancies.
- Determine staffing requirements for the packaging department and contribute to interviews and staff training.
- Collaborate in establishing departmental policies, goals, and procedures.
