The Senior Clinical Systems Manager supports Strategic Feasibility organization, contributing to data-driven feasibility assessments across clinical development phases. This role partners with senior feasibility leaders on study planning, site identification, enrollment forecasting, and operational feasibility insights.

Key Responsibilities

Feasibility & Clinical Strategy

• Execute end-to-end feasibility activities across clinical programs.

• Conduct early indication assessments and competitive landscape analysis.

• Develop site identification strategies and enrollment forecasts.

• Support investigator outreach and recruitment planning.

• Provide feasibility inputs for governance and study decision forums.

Clinical Operations Support

• Collaborate with site management, alliances, and startup teams.

• Support eTMF oversight and inspection readiness activities.

• Identify operational risks and mitigation strategies.

• Contribute to site contracts, timelines, and startup assumptions.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required (scientific/medical/healthcare preferred).

Experience

• 5+ years in pharma, biotech, or CRO clinical development.

• 2+ years in feasibility, study planning, site identification, or enrollment forecasting.

• Experience across multiple clinical programs/studies.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial phases and execution.

Skills

• Clinical analytics and feasibility assessment expertise.

• Stakeholder communication in global matrix environments.

• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with clinical systems/tools and ICH-GCP standards.
