ADMIN/QUALITY SUPPORT
Job Title: Administrative Support (Entry-Level)
Location: Cranbury
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (flexibility for extended hours required)
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to assist our Quality team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn. The candidate will support daily administrative functions, including inspections support, filing, updating records, and other general office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Quality team.
Assist with inspection-related tasks as needed.
File, update, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Perform data entry and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Manage communications and scheduling through Microsoft Outlook.
Support general office and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish or other language—specify if needed).
Ability to work a set Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility for extended hours.
Strong communication skills and willingness to assist various team members.
