Job Description
We are seeking an HVAC technician/installer with at least 5 years of experience for an immediate full-time position. Technician must have the knowledge and experience to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, and provide the customer with a high quality experience while working under minimum to no supervision.
- Accurately identify and resolve issues affecting HVAC performance and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements
- Perform scheduled routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of our customers equipment
- Maintain an accurate record of all service work completed as well as maintenance activities
- Install new HVAC equipment according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications
- Provide customer service to customers by effectively addressing their HVAC needs and concerns
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Identify opportunities for additional products and services to customers to maximize sales and revenue
- Ability to work at heights and on ladder as well as confined spaces, attics and crawl spaces
- Ability to work on-call hour
- Knowledge of residential HVAC gauges and electrical test equipment
- Familiar with the principles of evacuation
