Office assistant for catering company. The ideal applicant will be organized and efficient. Proficiency with Quickbooks online is required. Hours are flexible. Duties include customer assistance via phone and email, entering customers, payments, vendor invoices into Quickbooks. Reconcile banking statements and credit card bills, pay invoices.
