Truck Rental Operations Coordinator

Our Miller Truck Leasing division is looking to add a Truck Rental Operations Coordinator to our growing Truck Rental team in Mount Holly, NJ . This position offers on-the-job training to a motivated sales-oriented person looking to grow within a family owned and operated business with over 100 years of experience.

Requirements

You Will :

• Provide excellent customer service in every encounter every day
• Become knowledge of and follow all company policies procedures and governmental requirements in the rental of the company's equipment to its customers
• Follow company guidelines and daily operation of the office including but not limited to yard checks contract preparation approvals insurance verification driver approvals billing trip records fuel tickets etc.
• Preparation of all rental invoices on a daily weekly and monthly basis following established company procedures
• Coordinate the maintenance and repair of all rental equipment with the company service managers
• Update the Rental Director of all rental operations lost rental sales service requirements accidents customer requests etc. so that the Rental Director may effectively manage the department
• Solicit rental business and make follow-up phone calls as directed by the Rental Director
• Complete all billings reports and analyses in a timely manner
• Keep abreast of new products features accessories etc. and their benefits to customers
• Understand the terminology of the leasing and rental business and keep abreast of technological changes in the various products

You Have :

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Must have excellent communication skills and professional personal appearance
• Ability to meet and establish minimum quota of customer contacts and ability to explain the rental and leasing concepts to customers
• Ability to work well with the Sales and Service Departments in developing our rental and lease potential
• A college degree or the equivalent is required

• Competitive compensation: $45,000 - 50,000 salary range + up to $8,000 in commission
