Alber Service Company is scouting a full-time HVAC Comfort Advisor - In-Home Sales Representative to meet in the homes of our Pennsauken, NJ customers, thoroughly inspect their equipment, and offer them the best solutions for their heating and cooling needs. We offer this vital role the salary potential of $80,000 to $120,000 as well as flexible schedule with some Saturdays and evenings required. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR - IN-HOME SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As an HVAC Comfort Advisor - In-Home Sales Representative, your product knowledge and people skills are the tools of your trade. For each customer interaction, you listen closely to any concerns they may have, and after performing a thorough inspection of our customer's equipment, you have an intelligent and honest solution to suit their needs. You make sound recommendations as if it was your own home.

While selling is a lot of fun for you, you also recognize the hard work that is required. In order to be your best, you never miss a staff training or meeting in addition to staying current on product offerings. You are always learning and improving. And, you love seeing your hard work pay off in your paycheck!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Understanding of home construction
• HVAC and/or Insulation experience that is relevant to the position
• MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Dependable transportation
• Driver's license and good driving record

Previous sales experience is preferred! Certifications such as NATE and BPI as well as knowledge of hydronics is a plus!
