What we need?- Someone with Mechanical aptitude with some history of automotive maintenance and repair.
- Keen eye to detail, need to have ability to follow detailed instructions. No skipping steps or short cuts.
- Excellent attendance history.
- Someone whom follows safety protocol for the protection of themselves, colleagues, and equipment.
- Initiative to follow through with repairs and assigned training.
- Computer skills to be able to accept assigned work, document maintenance and repairs made as well as parts used.
- Ability to improve efficiency's as you get used to the assignments provided.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screens.
