Join Teachers Moving Inc as a Moving Company Driver/Foreman/Helper with a CDL Class B license! Be a part of our dedicated team in Ocean, NJ, and help make moving a seamless experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Operate moving trucks safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws.
- Lead and coordinate moving crews on-site to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in packing, loading, and unloading items with care and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide excellent service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of moving equipment and vehicles.
- Conduct inventory checks and ensure all items are accounted for during moves.
- Train and mentor junior team members in best practices for moving.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drivers License or Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record.
- Not lazy, trainable,
- Proven experience in moving, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
