**Position Summary...** As a Senior Art Director reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you will play a key role in supporting the creative ideation and execution of campaigns for Private Brands at Walmart with a focus on fashion and style as a whole. You'll contribute insight-driven concepts and help set a high standard for modern, aspirational photo and video shoots. Additionally, you'll maintain elevated graphic design consistency in post-production including site, signage, paid media, organic social and OOH. This role requires a mix of creative expertise and hands-on skills, with experience blending visual world-building, conceptual thinking, and strong organizational abilities, balancing creativity with agility and precision. **What you'll do...** **Support Best-in-Class Work:** Contribute strategic ideas in response to creative briefs, helping to enhance KPIs around brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. Apply critical thinking to ensure alignment with creative objectives. + Support the ideation, design, and execution of style initiatives and conversion-driven campaigns. Collaborate with the team to create cohesive, on-brand visual concepts, ideate scripts, and work with production partners to select collaborators (e.g., photographers, stylists). Contribute to casting decisions, location scouting, shot lists, and other production elements.
