Accounts Payable Associate
Location: Teterboro, NJ (Fully Onsite)

Overview
A well-established real estate organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to support day-to-day AP operations in a structured, high-volume environment. This is a fully onsite role offering a quiet, professional setting with individual office space.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing
Process 200–300 invoices monthly including coding, matching, approvals, and payments
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely vendor payments
Collaborate with leadership on AP-related activities
Work independently with strong attention to detail and organization
Qualifications
2 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
Experience within real estate or property management strongly preferred
Familiarity with MRI, Yardi, or similar ERP systems
Strong Excel skills and overall system proficiency
Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable in an independent work environment
